LYNETTE ROGERS HEDGEPATH

Attorney Lynette Rogers Hedgepath is the founding attorney of The Hedgepath Law Firm, P.A. which was established in 2000. Her work ethic is very evident as she practices with a high regard of honesty and integrity. Lynette practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, estate and probate matters, personal injury, and real estate matters. She has established great relationships with other professionals that gives her insight to the strategies that will be most beneficial to her clients.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS 

Lynette is admitted to practice in the South Carolina Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, United States Court of Appeals, and the United Supreme Court. She is a certified Family Court Mediator and a frequent lecturer on matters regarding real estate, probate, and family law.

Lynette is a current member of the Horry County Bar Association and has served as the organization's secretary, vice president and president. She is also a member of the Horry County Probate Advisory Committee, South Carolina Association of Justice, and SCWLA, CWLA, and the South Carolina Bar Association.

As a life long resident of Horry County, Lynette is involved in numerous professional and civic organizations in her community. She served on the City of Conway Board of Appeals and completed the Leadership Conway Program. She has recently been appointed to the Medical University of South Carolina Board of Visitors. Members are nominated by the Trustees of the University and serve as Ambassadors in their respective regions. Lynette was appointed by the Honorable Phillip D. Sasser. She is also an active member of First Presbyterian Church. 

EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Lynette earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 1972, her Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carollina in 1987, and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1989.

When Lynette is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, William F. Hedgepath, Jr. and friends, boating and yard work.

 

PAULA A. SARTOR

Paula A. Sartor is the associate attorney of The Hedgepath Law Firm, P.A. She has been practicing with the Firm for over six years. Paula focuses on the areas of Real Estate, Litigation, and Family Law.

EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Paula earned her degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. She is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.

When Paula is not practicing law, she enjoys spoiling her neice and spending time at the beach.
